Working Principle: The stone material falls directly from the top of the machine onto a high-speed rotating disc. Under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, it collides at high speed and is crushed at high density with another portion of target stones diverted in an umbrella-like pattern around the disc. After mutual impact, the stones form a vortex motion between the disc and the machine casing, resulting in multiple impacts, friction, and crushing. The crushed stone is then discharged directly from the bottom. This forms a closed-loop, multi-cycle process, with the required particle size controlled by screening equipment.
